I was referred here by my orthopedic Dr. I will never go anywhere else again. The staff was professional and pleasant. The MRI tech Lee was exceptional! I’m an RN for over 40 years. Her skills, empathy, and kindness are an asset to this company!

I went in for 2 tests today. I just wanted the tech that did my bone density test to get some recognition, bc she went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t get her name, but she was a small little lady that was so efficient and friendly. I asked her if she could look up a test that I had years ago, and she was able to locate it. She then brought me over to the medical records dept, and they were also really nice, and were able to print out the paperwork that I needed. She went above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciated her help. I go here yearly for all my tests, and will continue to come here bc everyone is always great!

Went for a CT with contrast and ultrasound of neck mass. All the staff were very kind and took the time to make me feel comfortable. After an unfortunate experience with ordering MD I called them to get answers. While they were not legally able to answer a lot of my questions, they did everything possible to help understand the situation and what my options were. They did not rush me off the phone or talk down to me but listened and seem to genuinely care. Highly recommend for all imaging needs! Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and compassion.

I took my dad here for 2 MRIs in the last year. While the front desk and staff are polite they lack education in regards to devices that can be used in the MRI machine and how to educate their patients. I asked confirming questions to ensure we were prepared for our next visit. When we went back for our second attempt at the MRI, the manager reprimanded me and refused service. I wouldn't recommend this business unless your MRI is straight forward.

The front desk people were friendly. Victor handled my open mri. He was great he did everything one could do to make a patient feel comfortable, he checked on me constantly, he gave me headphones and asked what music I'd like, he gave me arm pillows and leg pillows so it was comfortable. He flipped me around so it was less intimidating for the back pictures which i appreciated. I think I feel asleep for a second lol. He held the door for me and wished I had a good Thanksgiving and told me all about what was going to happen with my images. The mri itself was great it was well lit and spacious as a mri could be.

My mom's appointment was on July 6th and she loved it. Alicja was welcomed with big smile from Carlos from the front desk. Everything went beyond her expectations. Leigh and Kat were very kind and professional. She will definitely recommend this place to anyone for MRI.

I have been coming to Spring Hill MRI for my yearly Mammogram for 3 years now and each time I find more reasons to go back every year! Jordan was my most recent technologist and she was amazing! So professional and friendly. She really cares about the patients comfort as she accommodated me by providing me with a chair to use as it is difficult for me to stand more than a minute or two due to bad knees. She was patient with me and never made me feel uncomfortable. I will continue to use Spring Hill MRI for all our imaging services from now on! Thank you Jordan and all the staff at Spring Hill MRI!
